What to expect at our Naperville / Aurora clinic
Our Naperville / Aurora clinic is a child-friendly therapy gym of more than 9,000 square feet in Aurora. We have been around for a while, and we are proud of our collaborative, knowledgeable, low-turnover team.
Our therapists go well beyond the continuing education their licenses require. They also set aside time to mentor each other and share ideas, so your child benefits from the thinking of more than one therapist.
Parents are part of the team, too. Your therapist will share ideas and activities you can use at home between visits. To get started, schedule a free phone meeting with a First Steps Coordinator to ask questions and share your concerns.
Therapy services at this clinic
Our Naperville / Aurora gym offers pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy and lactation support, plus every program on our Specialties page, from serial casting and Schroth therapy for scoliosis to counseling. Every BDI Playhouse speech-language pathologist is certified through ASHA and licensed by the State of Illinois.
Aqua therapy sessions are held at Rush-Copley Healthplex, 1900 Ogden Avenue in Aurora. In the water, children can explore and practice movements they are not yet able to do on land.
Speech, occupational and physical therapy sessions can also take place by telehealth for families anywhere in Illinois. Feeding therapy is always in person.
