Our commitment
Website privacy
This page explains what this website measures and what it does not. It covers the website only. How we protect your child’s health records as patients is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available from either clinic.
What we measure
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages help families and which ads bring people to the site. We record things like which page was viewed, and whether someone tapped a phone number, asked for directions, or booked a phone meeting.
What we never send to analytics
- Your name, email address or phone number
- Anything you type into a form or tell us in a message
- Anything about your child’s health, diagnosis or care
We do not use the site for ad retargeting, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors. Ad personalization is switched off.
Cookies and saved settings
- Measurement cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads, which tell visits apart and connect an ad click to a later phone call or booking.
- A campaign cookie of our own (kept 90 days) that remembers which ad or link first brought you here, so that if you contact us we know which outreach worked. It holds no personal details.
- Your choices: your privacy choice and any accessibility options you pick are saved in your browser only.
Your choices
You can turn measurement off at any time: . If you decline, the measurement scripts are not loaded at all and our campaign cookie is removed. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal that some browsers send automatically.
Services from other companies
Some pages include tools run by other companies, which have their own privacy practices: the Calendly scheduler on our phone-meeting page, Google Maps on our location pages, and YouTube videos (which load only after you press play).
