Ms. Lori is an Occupational Therapist at BDI Playhouse. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Rush University. What was your first job? I was a Dairy Queen ice cream creationist! Who could ever turn down a job that offers ice-cream and toppings???

What is the best advice you have ever been given? Never to be too strong, stubborn, or proud to ask for help.

If you had a full day free with no commitments and nothing on your to do list, what would you do with it? I would paint (either one of the many white rooms in my house) or if I was feeling more creative to make my own masterpiece. When I needed a break… I would have a good old fashion tickle session with my kids. Nothing wraps up the day better than sweet smiles and the sounds of innocent giggles.
