Patient Caregivers:

If you would like to make a one time payment on your account, please enter the account number from your statement under “Single Payment-Account Number” below, and then select Pay now to enter your payment information.

If you would like to set up Recurring payments on your account, please email us at office@bdiplayhouse.com to set up a monthly payment plan.

Workshop Participants or Parent-Child Group Participants: Please enter the name of the group or workshop in the account number field, and then select Pay now. Registration forms can be submitted separately by fax to 708-231-7248 or through email to education@bdiplayhouse.com
